The links off of this page point to a series of steps you can take to organize and complete a Y2K community preparedness project. It's still pretty fluid, so don't be surprised if you come back in a week or so and see things rearranged a bit.
Feel free to use any or all of these documents in any way that it helps your effort. The only thing I ask is that you send me suggestions for improvements -- either to my documents, or the site.
I'm especially interested in other "community preparedness methodologies" that you've come across. No need to reinvent things, eh?
